Launch of “Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan” in Kunariya with Enthusiastic Participation Kunariya, 29th May 2025 – Under the guidance of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi, the “Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan” was launched today at the Primary School, Kunariya, as part of the Pre-Kharif Awareness Programme running from 29th May to 12th June 2025. The event witnessed an overwhelming response from local farmers and villagers. The programme began at 8:30 AM with the arrival of dignitaries and farmers. A formal flag-off ceremony was held at 9:00 AM, followed by a series of informative sessions aimed at preparing farmers for the upcoming Kharif season. Various topics such as NABARD activities, financial literacy, natural farming, modern technology for Kharif crops, and livestock management were discussed by subject matter experts. Special sessions included insights into Nano Urea, DAP, and drone technology in agriculture, which were well-received by the audience. A “Krishi Rath” was also showcased as part of the ICAR-led awareness campaign, offering a visual and interactive experience for farmers. The programme also saw the presence of key figures such as Agriculture Officer Mr. Manish Parmar and Veterinary Officer Dr. Dixit Parmar, who shared valuable guidance with the attendees. The event concluded with a vote of thanks and an appeal to all farmers to take full advantage of the resources and knowledge being shared through this nationwide initiative
