21st Kanya kedvani mahotsav and Sala praveshotsav-2024 in Kunariya Village
The third day of the 21st Kanya Kedvani Mahotsav and Sala praveshotsav -2024 in Kunariya village, Bhuj Blok under the chairmanship of CDPO Dasarathbhai Pandya. This significant event witnessed the enrollment of children into Anganwadi and the School, bringing a wave of excitement and joy to the community.
Festivities and Activities
The day began with a heartfelt welcome led by Sarpanch Rashmichhanga and other village leaders, who performed the traditional Kumkum steps. To encourage and support the newly admitted children, educational kits were distributed to those entering Anganwadi Balwatika and Class-1.
Recognizing Achievements
In a gesture of appreciation, students who excelled in their studies last year were felicitated. The Panchayat took this opportunity to honor students from classes 10-12 and college students, celebrating their hard work and dedication.
Informative Sessions and Inaugurations
CRC Coordinator Irfan Multani delivered an insightful session, providing information about various state and central government scholarship schemes, including Nipun Bharat, Namo Lakshmi, and Namo Saraswati. This session aimed to educate parents and students about the opportunities available to them for furthering their education.
The event also saw the inauguration of a newly constructed science laboratory and computer lab, which promises to enhance the educational infrastructure of the village significantly. The guests and villagers expressed their enthusiasm and pride as they toured these new facilities.
