The Concept of Classroom Doctors

The Classroom Doctor program is designed to encourage students to maintain good hygiene practices. Each classroom appoints a "doctor" whose primary responsibilities include fostering a sense of competition and motivation among peers to come to school well-prepared and clean. This includes regular practices such as:

- Trimming nails

- Applying oil to hair

- Wearing a clean uniform

Responsibilities of a Classroom Doctor

The appointed Classroom Doctor monitors the health corner of the classroom, ensuring that essential hygiene tools like mirrors, toothbrushes, oil bottles, and nail cutters are available and used correctly by students. The doctor encourages their classmates to utilize these items and promotes daily hygiene habits, such as:

Washing hands after using the urinal

Practicing good hygiene during mid-day meals

Cleaning utensils

Maintaining clean classrooms and toilets

Celebrating Doctor's Day

In celebration of Doctor's Day, a new Classroom Doctor was appointed, and their duties were thoroughly explained. This role not only helps maintain cleanliness but also instills lifelong hygiene habits in students, promoting a healthier and happier environment for all.
